Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Your Practice Test.

Effective August 2026. Last updated August 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Your Practice Test (the "Service"), available at yourpracticetest.com. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Provides

Your Practice Test provides practice examinations and study materials for driver's license tests, information technology certifications, and teacher certification exams. The Service is a study aid only.

We are not affiliated with any certifying body, testing organization, or government agency. Our practice tests are independently produced study materials. They are not official exams, not licensed or endorsed by any exam provider, and are not a substitute for official preparation materials.

2. Trademarks and Third-Party Names

Names such as AWS and Amazon Web Services, Microsoft and Microsoft Azure, CompTIA, Cisco, Praxis and ETS, and any state licensing agency are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used on this Service solely to identify the subject matter a given practice test covers.

Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those organizations. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Results

We do not guarantee that you will pass. Using the Service does not guarantee that you will pass any official exam, obtain any certification or licence, or achieve any particular score. No statement anywhere on this Service should be read as a promise of a passing result.

Exam content, formats, and passing requirements are set by the relevant certifying bodies and can change without notice to us. Your results on our practice tests are not a prediction of your official exam results.

Fees paid to us are for access to the practice material itself, not for an exam outcome. Failing an official exam is not grounds for a refund, and we are not responsible for exam fees or any other costs you incur — see sections 8 and 13.

4. How Questions Are Produced

Practice questions on this Service are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed for general subject relevance. While we work to keep them accurate and useful, they may contain errors, outdated information, or explanations that do not reflect current official exam content.

Always verify important information against official sources. If you spot a problem with a question, please tell us — it helps.

5. Accounts

6. Purchases and Pricing

The Service currently offers three ways to buy access:

Prices are in US dollars and may change. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made, and existing subscribers keep their current rate until they cancel and resubscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

7. Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation

8. Refunds

If something is not right, contact us and we will try to sort it out. We generally offer a refund on request within 7 days of purchase where the material has not been substantially used.

Because access is granted immediately and the material can be read as soon as it is purchased, we may decline a refund where a test has been substantially completed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding access ends.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for a serious or repeated breach of this section.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, text, design, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material for your own study. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

11. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove tests and features; update questions; or suspend the Service for maintenance. Where a change materially reduces what an active subscription provides, we will make a reasonable effort to notify subscribers.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, exam fees, or costs arising from failing an exam or not obtaining a certification or licence.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For material changes affecting active subscribers, we will make a reasonable effort to give advance notice.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Contact
